4 balls of chocolate sorbet
1 tub of strawberries
2 teaspoons of Peppermint
Mint leaves

Preparation for Strawberry Carpaccio, Chocolate Sorbet

Prepare the chocolate sorbet.

Quickly rinse the strawberries, hull them and cut them into strips.

Divide them into corollas on each plate.

Pour a few drops of Peppermint.

Keep the plates cool until ready to serve.

Then place a scoop of chocolate sorbet in the center.

Plant a mint leaf on each ball and serve immediately.
