Butternut squash roasted Swedish

A quick and easy squash recipe for autumn days!

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 2 medium butternut squash
  • 8 c. to s. soy sauce
  • 4 c. to s. honey
  • 50 g crushed walnuts

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (Th.7).
Peel the squash with a thrift, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon. 
Arrange the demi-gourds (curved side above) in a baking dish.
Brush the demi-gourds with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
Put them on a cutting board and cut them every half-inch, without going to the end. 
Sprinkle each half squash with 1 tsp. to s. honey and 2 tbsp. to s. soy sauce.
Bake again for 30 minutes. Water from time to time with the juice. 
Sprinkle after cooking crushed nuts. It's ready to taste! 
Serve with seasoned salad and bulgur, for example.
