It has been several months since the application “your phone” in Windows 10 to display photos and SMS mobile Android. Recently Microsoft has unveiled a feature to take control of the screen, it is now the turn of notifications.
The function to control your photos or send and receive SMS is already available to all users who use the most recent version of the application and the Windows 10 version of April 2018. The next update of May 2019 could offer you even more. Microsoft is in the process of testing the synchronization of notifications.
The new feature was first announced on Twitter before being more officially featured on the Windows blog as part of a new Preview version offered to Windows Insider members. Notifications from an Android smartphone synchronized with the PC will be displayed on the Windows desktop or directly in the application.
It will also be possible to choose which notifications are retrieved or to mark them as read so that they are no longer displayed on the smartphone. This new feature is gradually being deployed to testers who own a smartphone with a version of Android 7 or later and are equipped with at least 1 GB of memory. Note, however, that it is not possible to respond directly to notifications.
