Roasted cauliflower
A rich accompaniment in colors to make appreciate the cauliflower with the small ones.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 cauliflower
- 30 g of half-salted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, pressed
- About 3 cm of fresh ginger
- 1 C. to c. turmeric
- 1 C. to c. of paprika
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
In a bowl mix the spices, the chopped parsley, the squeezed garlic, the finely chopped ginger and the melted butter.
Wash and dry the cauliflower, remove the leaves and cut the foot so that it can stand up.
Thoroughly coat the cauliflower with the spicy preparation, by hand, spread the sauce over all the cabbage.
Cover the cauliflower with parchment paper and put in the oven at 200 ° C for about 1h15.
