Asparagus with cheese

To change asparagus-vinaigrette, a greedy spring recipe.
Preparation time : 15 min
Cooking time : 10 min

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 2 asparagus boots
  • Beaufort shredded (quantity according to your taste)
  • 1 L of milk
  • 50 cl of neutral vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. to s. of flour
  • ½ c. to c. turmeric
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Cut the tails of the asparagus, immerse them in salted boiling water for 4 min.
Meanwhile, make a béchamel sauce: heat the milk in a saucepan and oil in another. Add the flour to the oil and whisk, then add the hot milk while whisking, finally add the turmeric, salt and pepper.
In a gratin dish, put half of the sauce, then the asparagus (flatten well) then cover with the rest of the bechamel and grated Beaufort cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes in grill position.
