PASTA SALAD WITH POLLOCK

Ingredients for 4 people

340 g of penne or other short pasta
1 broco-flower, cut into small bouquets
1 tbsp (15 mL) capers
1 package of 340 g. crab flavored pollock, sliced
1 red onion, chopped
Salt and pepper from the mill

For the vinaigrette:

60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
30 ml (2 tablespoons) chives, chopped
30 ml (2 tablespoons) dill, chopped
30 ml (2 tablespoons) lemon juice

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan of boiling salted water, start cooking the pasta according to the method of preparation indicated on the package.
  2. Add the brocoflower to the pan 3 minutes before the end of the pasta cooking.
  3. Drain and let cool.
  4. In a salad bowl, place the capers, pollock, onion, pasta and broccoli.
  5. Season.
  6. In a bowl, combine oil with herbs and lemon juice.
  7. Add the salad vinaigrette at the time of the meal.
