Lemonade with elderflower
A flowery drink and homemade to consume all summer!
Preparation time: 5 min
ingredients
- 2 L of spring water
- 4 umbels of elderberry black
- 200 g of brown sugar (this quantity of sugar is necessary to provoke the fermentation)
- 1 C. to c. cider vinegar
- 2 organic lemons
Preparation
Clean the umbels without washing (there may be small insects).
In a jar, put the sugar, lemon, water and elderflowers. Mix.
Cover the jar with a cloth. Let macerate a few days (5 to 6 days) in the sun, stirring the preparation every day, until the bubbles are formed.
Filter and pour into an airtight bottle. Keep cool for 2 to 3 weeks for best results.
