Well, at least that's how I know she is going to be smarter than myself. Her question was an incredibly good one. 5) Transfer the mint cube to a blender. Process the mint cubes until they can be crushed.
6) Place the cooled soup in bowls and top with a spoonful of crushed mint ice. Help chilled.
