"Jam" of gooseberry with chia seeds

A recipe rich in nutrients that combines pleasure and health!
Preparation: 25 min

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of currants or other red fruits (raspberry, strawberry, currant ...)
  • 15 g of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. to c. coconut sugar

Preparation

Crush the fruit with a fork or blender.
Add the chia seeds. Mix.
Let stand for 20 minutes in a closed hermetic jar. And place in the refrigerator.
