40g vegetarian wedge seeds

How to make Vegetarian Curry:
-Step 1: Sweet potato, taro peeled, washed, cut into pieces to taste. Green and red bell peppers cut off the stems and seeds and cut into square pieces. Peeled onions, cut into 4.
-Step 2: Take 1/2 of boiled sweet potatoes and put them in a smooth blender. In a pan of hot oil, fry the remaining sweet potato and taro in a golden fry and remove it, drain the oil.
-Step 3: Fry the onion until fragrant until the onion moves in. Add chopped lemongrass and chili to continue to smell. Add filter water and curry powder, stirring well to get curry sauce.
-Step 4: Next, add sweet potato, taro and hot water to cook until the water boils.Put the mashed sweet potatoes into the bowl, stir well and mix the ingredients together. Add bell peppers, tofu balls and cook for about 2 minutes until the peppers are just cooked, pour the coconut milk, season with sugar and vegetarian seasoning to taste and turn off the heat.
