Nasi Uduk
How to make Uduk Rice, complete with a materials list and also the steps.

How to make a Uduk Rice:
The first Step this time we will start by making the Uduk Rice or in advance. Just before make sure when you have first wash the rice until it is clean. Well, when you are finished please boil coconut milk along with other spices like bay leaf, cloves, Lemongrass, and pandan leaves as well. Then enter the rice then mix all of these ingredients evenly until the sink is perfect. Next up is by steaming the rice in the rice cooker or pan for about 30 minutes until cooked evenly. Let stand and set aside temporarily.
2. Purple Nasi Uduk / Purple Uduk Rice.
Purple nasi uduk is one variation of nasi uduk originating from Sukabumi city. the purple color of the nasi uduk is obtained from the ingredients of manufacture, namely beet and purple sweet potato. There are also other alternative colors such as green uduk rice where green is obtained from ingredients such as spinach, mustard greens, green chili, and so on. Green uduk rice feels spicier due to the use of green chili as the coloring material. The following is how to make it and the ingredients needed.
Ingredients for Making Delicious Sukabumi Purple Uduk Rice:
- 150 grams of rice.
- purple sweet potatoes that have been steamed about 50 grams, or 1 purple sweet potato chips.
- coconut milk 250 grams.
- and 1 sheet greetings
- Lemongrass 2 sticks.
- salt as needed.
- water for cooking rice as needed.
How to Make Purple Uduk Rice:
Wash the rice thoroughly after that put it in a pan or magic com until the rice is half cooked.
