Apple Chicken Curry

This recipe is also prepared with whole chicken cut into pieces. Then adjust the amount of curry according to its power.

Ingredients for Apple Chicken Curry

  • 4 Label Rouge chicken breasts
  • 2 onions
  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 c. to s. olive oil
  • 1 C. to s. curry powder
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 25 cl poultry stock
  • 2 plain yogurts
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation for Apple Chicken Curry

Cut the chicken into pieces. Peel and chop the onions.
Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the hearts and cut them into cubes. Place them in a salad bowl, lemon them well and reserve.
Brown them in an oiled casserole dish, then add the chicken pieces and brown them.
Add the curry and mix. Deglaze with the white wine and reduce it by half. Pour the chicken stock, stir and cook for 10 min.
Heat an oiled pan and quickly sauté the apple cubes.
Then add them to the chicken casserole, mix gently.
Finally add the yogurts. Mix again. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
