Salsify pie
This pie is a complete dish. A green salad to accompany it will be welcome.

Ingredients for Salsify Pie
- 1 can of salsify
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 slices of ham
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. to s. grated horseradish
- 150 g grated emmental cheese
- 10 cl ½ skimmed milk
- 300 g shortcrust pastry
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation for Salsify Pie
Drain the salsify and cut them into small pieces. Rinse, dry, thin and chop the parsley. Cut the ham into small pieces
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the parsley, horseradish, emmental and milk. Mix well. Do not salt but pepper.
Set the oven to 200 ° C.
Roll out the dough and darken a mold. Prick the bottom with a fork and pour the contents of the bowl. Divide the salsify and the pieces of ham.
Bake for 30 min. Serve hot.
