Ingredients for Wok of salmon and pink vegetables
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 bunch of pink radishes
- 400 g salmon fillets
- 2 tsp. to s. olive oil
- 3 c. to s. soy sauce
Preparation for Wok of salmon and pink vegetables
Scrape the carrots, wash them and cut them into thin rings. Do the same with the pink radishes.
Cut the salmon into cubes of about 3 cm.
Heat a good drizzle of olive oil in a wok, put the carrots and cook, stirring for about 5 min. Then add the radishes and cook again, still stirring for 5 min.
Then add the salmon cubes, and cook them just 2 to 3 min, stirring always.
Pour the soy sauce, mix well and set aside in the serving dish.
