Fish and peas in clafoutis

Ingredients for Fish and peas in clafoutis

  • 600 g fresh peas
  • 400 g fish fillet
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 bunch of chervil
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g fresh cream
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation for fish and peas in clafoutis

Shell the peas and immerse them in boiling salted water for 10 min. Then drain them with a skimmer.
Cut the fish fillets into pieces of about 2 cm.
Chop the garlic clove and the chervil. Heat the oven to 160 ° C.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the chopped garlic and chervil, the cream and the Parmesan. Mix well. Do not salt but pepper.
In a baking dish, mix the peas and the pieces of fish. Pour the egg / cream mixture over it. Tilt the dish several times to distribute it well. Bake for about 20 min. Serve in the dish.
