Roasted Pecan Peaches

An easy and friendly recipe, just to fall!

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 4 organic peaches
  • 8 c. to s. of mascarpone
  • 8 c. to s. maple syrup 
  • Twenty pecans

Preparation

Wash the peaches, cut in half and remove the kernel.
Cook the demi-peaches by placing them on the barbecue grill. If no barbecue, it is quite possible to make this recipe in the oven. In this case, arrange the half peaches in a gratin dish and cook the fruits about 20 min at 180 ° C.
Roughly crush the pecans. Book.
Once the peaches are cooked, spread one fruit per plate. Pour a spoon of mascarpone on each half peach.
Divide the pecan nuts over the mascarpone and sprinkle each half fruit with a tablespoon of maple syrup. It's ready to taste!
