Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 100 g of fresh nettles
- A handful of oleaginous fruits: hazelnuts / pine nuts / almonds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 ml of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Wash the nettles in hot vinegar water. Mix or chop the nettles finely. Book.
Mix or chop the other ingredients: oleaginous, garlic.
Add nettles and olive oil. Season.
Spread or incorporate into a dough dish.

Tip: To pick nettles without stinging, use gloves and cut the leaves at the base.
