Crispy verrines with kiwi and chia seeds

A 100% vegetable dessert, perfect for a breakfast or a snack. To prepare the day before preferably.
Preparation time  : 5 min

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 120 g of chia seeds
  • 80 cl of almond milk
  • 4 c. to s. honey (or agave syrup)
  • 4 kiwis
  • 80 g of homemade granola

Preparation

Mix chia seeds, almond milk and honey (or agave syrup). Reserve in the refrigerator.
Prepare the homemade granola .
Cut the kiwis into thin slices.
In verrines arrange pieces of kiwi, granola, almond milk and chia mixture, then put kiwi, almond milk with chia and finish with a little granola.
