MARINATED CHICKEN WITH HONEY AND GINGER
Ingredients
1 clove of garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. (30 mL) ginger, chopped
3 c. (45 ml) honey
1 C. (15 ml) sesame oil
1 C. (15 mL) Dijon mustard
1 to 2 pinches flakes of pepper
Salt and pepper
Chicken pieces prepared, your choice
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix 1 clove minced garlic with 2 tbsp. chopped or grated ginger, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1 pinch of chilli flakes or more, to taste. Salt, pepper and whip.
- Add the chicken pieces, mix well to coat marinade, and bake immediately or marinate for 24 hours in the fridge before baking or baking.
