MARINATED CHICKEN WITH HONEY AND GINGER

Ingredients

1 clove of garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. (30 mL) ginger, chopped
3 c. (45 ml) honey
1 C. (15 ml) sesame oil
1 C. (15 mL) Dijon mustard
1 to 2 pinches flakes of pepper
Salt and pepper
Chicken pieces prepared, your choice

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix 1 clove minced garlic with 2 tbsp. chopped or grated ginger, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1 pinch of chilli flakes or more, to taste. Salt, pepper and whip.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, mix well to coat marinade, and bake immediately or marinate for 24 hours in the fridge before baking or baking.
