Panna cotta with matcha tea


A sweet dessert that will delight your taste buds while retaining all the virtues of green tea!


Preparation time:  20 min

ingredients

For 4 people :

250 ml of coconut milk
150 ml cream or coconut cream
2.5 sheets of gelatin
1 C. to c. matcha tea
½ vanilla pod
1 C. to c. honey
Some red fruits

Preparation

Dilute the matcha tea in a small amount of cream.
Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes.
Heat the cream, milk, vanilla and honey on a low heat until simmering while stirring.
Out of the heat, melt the gelatin leaves in the hot mixture and add the diluted matcha tea.
Pour into verrines and let cool for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Decorate with some red fruits, chocolate chips or coconut.
