Ingredients for Millet Meatballs with Vegetables

• 45 cl of chicken broth
• 200 g millet
• 1 bunch of chard
• 1 onion
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 carrots
• 1 bunch of flat parsley
• 2 tsp. to s. olive oil
• 4 c. to s. sesame seeds
• Salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation for Millet Meatballs with Vegetables

Boil the chicken broth and immerse the millet in it. Cook for 15 min with a simmer.

Wash and dry the chard. Separate the ribs and the leaves. Peel the ribs to remove the filaments. Chop them and the leaves.

Peel, chop and chop the onion and garlic. Wash, scrape and chop the carrots. Also chop the parsley leaves.

Mix all these vegetables with millet. Taste and adjust the salt seasoning. Pepper.
