First, buy broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then wash with clean water.

Add a sufficient amount of water to the pot, boil, add cauliflower to blanch for 2-3 minutes and then remove immediately. This is the step you don't skip to make the cauliflower cook faster, more crunchy and retain the natural green color after sautéing. Blanching the cauliflower also prevents it from wrinkling after frying.
Put oil in pan, non-fragrant garlic and then pour cauliflower in quickly stir-fry, seasoning to taste just mouth, see cooked cauliflower to turn off the stove.
