Ingredients:
- 2 squid
- 2 squid
- 1 chicken egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 bowl of breadcrumbs
Spices: 1/2 teaspoon salt + 1 teaspoon cilantro or chopped onion + 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Salad mix: 1 tbsp lemon juice +1 tbsp olive oil mixed in 1 cup. Then add some salt + pepper and a little sugar to taste.
Method:Freshly bought squid is semi-processed, remove the intestinal contents, wash, blot dry, cut into 4-5 mm sized pieces, and marinate with a little salt and peppe
Beat the beaten eggs into a bowl, add 1/2 tsp of salt + 1 tsp of cilantro or chopped onion + 1/2 tsp pepper into a bowl of deep fried batter.
Take each of the squid roll through the cup of flour, then dip into the egg bowl, dip so that the eggs are completely sealed and completely wet with the squid, lift up to drain off the egg. Finally roll over the deep fried batter.
Catch the oil pan on the stove, wait for the hot oil to slowly add each squid into the pan, fry over medium heat. When the rings are crispy, remove the oiled plate lined with oil absorbent paper.
