Pan-fried chicken drumstick
Here is one of the simple and popular recipes for making pan-fried (baked) mushrooms in European style, added to our homemaker dictionary.
RESOURCES:
- 2 mushrooms drumsticks
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 parsley leaves (parsley, Petersilie)
- 1 small stem rosemary leaf (Rosemary, Rosmarin)
- 1 stalk of thyme (Thyme, Thymian) - optional
- olive oil
- Little salt, pepper
If you do not have fresh leaves, you can buy dry leaf spice jars available at the supermarket, quickly and conveniently I use dry spice jars
MAKING:
- Rinse the chicken drumsticks with water, then wipe dry, split into 2-3 vertically. Aromatic herbs chopped up if purchased dry seasoning is not needed. Rosemary leaves themselves smell quite strong, you can customize it according to your taste, like me, just a little sprinkle as a sprinkle of salt is enough aromatic already.
- Crushed garlic, minced. Mix garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs together. Then spread on each mushroom surface. Wait about 5-10 minutes to infuse
- Put in a pan or stove, grill on medium heat until the mushrooms are golden on both sides. To enhance the aroma, the mushrooms can be fried with a little sliced onion
- Serve with grilled meat, steak, cutlet or grilled fish are delicious 🙂 You can fry a little tomatoes on high heat, then serve with other vegetables like a salad.
