Fat ketogenic bombs
When following a ketogenic diet , you have to make your own sweets. Here is a recipe to have fun while increasing fat consumption.

Rest : 2 hours minimum
Ingredients for 16 fat bombs:
- 60 g of coconut oil
- 60 g of peanut butter
- 20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 8 g of flax seeds
Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the peanut butter, melt with the coconut oil. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract, mix well.
Off the heat, add the flax seeds, mix well.
Pour the mixture into molds or ice cube trays and let stand in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
