Asparagus rolls with Prosciutto and Provolone

An easy entry, fast and especially delicious.

Ingredients:
24 asparagus approximately
4 slices of Prosciutto
4 slice of Provolone
Olive oil
Some chips of Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C

Wash asparagus, dry. Cut the tails to remove the excessively fibrous parts (if you have trouble digesting the asparagus, peel them, especially if they are white).

On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, add the asparagus and coat with olive oil.

Make boots of 4 to 6 asparagus (depending on their size).

Wrap a slice of Provolone then Prosciutto around the boots thus formed.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
