TIPS FOR USING FROZEN FOODS

MODERN LIFE IS TOO BUSY, THE WOMEN DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME TO GO TO THE MARKET EVERY DAY SO FROZEN FOOD IS THE CHOICE OF MANY FAMILIES. HOWEVER, THE USE OF FROZEN FOOD IS NOT SIMPLY DEFROSTING AND TAKING, BUT ALSO A LOT OF CAUTION CANNOT BE IGNORED.

1. Origin of food

Before you decide to buy a frozen food, you need to double check that it comes from where the food comes from, has a clear brand and shelf life.

2. How to pack the packaging;

Quality frozen food will be presented beautifully, the color is fresh and especially the vacuum press neatly, not messy. Choose foods that are well packed.
AFTER THAWING FOOD, IT MUST BE PROCESSED AND USED IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT PUT IN WATER, OR BRING TO THE OUTSIDE ENVIRONMENT TO MELT, BUT THAW FOOD AT COOL TEMPERATURE OR COOL COMPARTMENT OF REFRIGERATOR FROM 8 - 100C.
3. Do not use frozen foods that are stuck together
If frozen food is stuck together, it is likely to be thawed and re-frozen again. Especially the types of shrimp balls, fish balls. This is not good for user health. Choose products with individual shrimp / fish one by one.
4. Check food temperature
Frozen food is stored properly in an environment of temperatures from -180C or less. Therefore, when choosing to buy frozen foods, you should look at the temperature gauges mounted on the storage cabinets. If the above temperature cannot be ensured, it means that food safety and hygiene are not guaranteed.
