Curry ice cream
You will surprise your guests with this ice cream! Especially if you serve it with a roasted pineapple. This ice cream can also be made with half milk, half cream.

Ingredients for Curry Ice Cream
- 40 cl of coconut milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 C. to c. curry
Curry Ice Cream
Gently heat the coconut milk with the split and scraped vanilla pod.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar and whisk them until the mixture turns white. Add the curry.
Gradually pour the hot milk, stirring constantly.
Then pour this preparation back into the pan and cook gently, stirring constantly, until this cream coats the spoon.
Pour into the ice cream maker and bake (about 2 hours) or in a freezer dish: stir the ice occasionally to avoid the flakes.
