RATTES FRIED WITH PARMESAN CHEESE
Ingredients
1 lb. (454 g) ripe potatoes, washed
4 c. tea (20 ml) olive oil
1/4 c. 1 tsp paprika
1/4 c. (1 mL) garlic salt
2 tbsp. (30 mL) finely grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 basil leaves
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 500 ° F (260 ° C).
- In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the muffins until tender, squeeze and let cool.
- With your fingers, pop the potatoes and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika and garlic salt. Salt and pepper. Pour this seasoned oil over the potatoes and with a spoon, mix well to coat.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, turning half way through or until crisp.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with hand-torn basil leaves.
